In the midst of a big Chef merge pass, keep your eyes on master.

To merge:
COOK-2613 - Install Nagios 3.5.0 when installing from source
COOK-2460 - create attribute for allowed_hosts
COOK-2647 - port_ssh iptables template has no corresponding recipe
COOK-2642 - With multiple nagios servers, they can’t use NRPE to check each other
COOK-2656 - Unify the haproxy.cfg with that from app_lb

Other:
COOK-2527 - Can’t use package to install jenkins
Assigned to Seth C, as he is refactoring this cookbook
COOK-2650 - varnish isn’t started after the cookbook has been executed
Reopened - E_TOOMANYPULLREQUESTS. Not sure what to review.
COOK-2653 - root_group is missing in disable.rb
Reopened - Use the conf_group variable
COOK-2423 - Support not deploying management apps
Duplicate - Closed as a dupe of COOK-2425 because we’re going in circles on one PR
COOK-2424 - Add endorsed directory support
Duplicate - Closed as a dupe of COOK-2425 because we’re going in circles on one PR
COOK-2425 - Add SSL connector support
Reopened - Use strings for attributes, double check the paths for keytool
COOK-2562 - Make it easy to configure a primary and failover nagios server
Reopened - Need Tim Smith’s question answered
COOK-2651 - The cron task fails to disable and stop service if the init_style is set to upstart
Reopened - Not sure about trying to add support to switch back and forth between all the init_styles
