Announce: pennyworth continuous test/build/deployment system

Yo guys,

Today with thanks to Heavy Water operations and Darrin Eden, I finally
bring you the release of our continuous test/build/deploy system:
pennyworth!

I have included a few examples for building Ruby and Bundler, and we
have published a Vagrant image for ease of testing. Over the next few
days we'll be adding more examples from some of our clients for
testing, building and deploying a number of different styles of
application, not limited to but including Rails and Clojure.

I have long term plans for integration with Pylon, the distributed
messaging and coordination system I have been building to enable more
flexible deployment interactions.

Shine all bat signal.

This is awesome. Can't wait to dig in, and eager to transition projects
over.

Thanks!

James
