# Chef Client 12.10.24 Released

Ohai Chefs!

We have just promoted the ChefClient 12.10.24 build and you should now find it on the [downloads site](https://downloads.chef.io/chef-client/).

You can obtain the build by executing

```auto
curl https://omnitruck.chef.io/install.sh | sudo bash -s -- -P chef -v 12.10.24 #non-windows
or 
. { iwr -useb https://omnitruck.chef.io/install.ps1 } | iex; install -project chef -v 12.10.24 #windows

```
