Ohai Compliance friends,

Chef Compliance 1.12.1 is now available from the Chef downloads site.

This fixes a regression for users deploying on Digital Ocean and  
potentially other non-AWS cloud platforms where  
nginx[‘use\_implicit\_hosts’] = true results in incorrect nginx configuration.
