We are delighted to announce the availability of version 15.9.38 of Chef Infra Server.

## Security Improvements

### PostgreSQL

Upgraded PostgreSQL to 13.14 to resolve the following CVEs:

- CVE-2023-2454
- CVE-2023-39417
- CVE-2023-5868
- CVE-2023-5869

### OpenJRE

Upgraded OpenJRE to 11.0.21+9 to resolve the following CVEs:

- CVE-2023-22081

### OpenResty

Upgrade OpenResty to 1.25.3.1 to resolve the following CVEs:

- CVE-2022-41741
- CVE-2022-41742

## Service versions

This release uses:

- PostgreSQL 13.14
- OpenJRE 11.0.21+9
- OpenResty 1.25.3.1
