Hello InSpec friends!  
We are delighted to announce the availability of version 4.17.15 of Chef InSpec. Changes include:

## Bug Fixes

Fixed two bugs introduced in yesterday's release:

- Vision Quest: The new resource loader sees all the resources.
- Test Prep: RSpec test DSL uses InSpec lazy resource loading correctly.
