Hello InSpec friends!  
We are delighted to announce the availability of version 4.38.3 of Chef InSpec. Changes include:

## New Features

- Added a new mongodb\_conf resource. ([#5562](https://github.com/inspec/inspec/pull/5562))

## Bug Fixes

- Corrected the `AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY` environment variable name in the documentation. ([#5566](https://github.com/inspec/inspec/pull/5566))
- Changed the Windows local pipe server connection to retry once on EPIPE. ([train #694](https://github.com/inspec/train/pull/694))
- Exceptions are now handled correctly in the `oracledb_session` resource. ([#5567](https://github.com/inspec/inspec/pull/5567))
