Hello InSpec friends!  
We are delighted to announce the availability of version $EXPEDITOR\_VERSION of Chef InSpec. Changes include:

## New Features

- Added support for Open Policy Agent: added resources `opa_cli` and `opa_api`. ([#5592](https://github.com/inspec/inspec/pull/5592))

## Improvements

- Added `mongodb_session` resource and docs. ([#5572](https://github.com/inspec/inspec/pull/5572))

- Added `--tags` option to CLI exec command to filter controls by tag. ([#5596](https://github.com/inspec/inspec/pull/5596))

## Bug Fix
