# Chef Patterns and Best Practises for a beautiful chef repo in 2016?

I have been looking all over Internet to try to find recent blog posts about chef patterns and best practises without success. The last blog posts I have found are from 2013:

Could you point to me to something more recent ? Are these practices still considered as state of the art i.e Role Cookbooks, Wrapper Cookbooks, Environment Cookbooks ?
