# Chef Reporting 1.8.0 Released!

Ohai Chefs!

We have released Chef Reporting 1.8.0. It is now available for download on the [Downloads page.](https://downloads.chef.io/reporting/1.8.0)

This release has some updates and fixes.

- Ruby is upgraded to 2.4.3 from 2.2.8
- Added improvements to speed up the dashboard loading time.
- Database query timeout is configurable with node[‘reporting’][‘sqerl’][‘db\_pooler\_timeout’].
- [Bug Fix] Reconfigure succeeds even if some of the older partitions are removed.
