Ohai Chefs.

I'm pleased to announce that Chef Server 12.18.14 has been shipped and is available on the  
[downloads site](https://downloads.chef.io).

Highlights include:

- Segment free cookbooks (RFC-067)
- ACLs for cookbook artifacts
- Security issue with oc-id fixed by upgrading doorkeeper [CVE-2018-1000211](https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2018-1000211)
- Updates to included gems and bundled software.

And a host of other improvements.
