# Chef Server GUI Error

Hi,

After I log into my chef server GUI ,I’m getting this error: ‘We’re sorry,  
but something went wrong.’

Below is output of ‘chef-server-ctl status’:

run: rabbitmq: (pid 1265) 2215s; run: log: (pid 1198) 2219s

and here is what I found on ‘chef-server-ctl test’ :

Creating client pedant\_admin\_client…  
Encountered an error attempting to create client pedant\_admin\_client  
Response Code was: 502  
Response Body was:

502 Bad Gateway
# 502 Bad Gateway

nginx/1.2.3

Any idea or any help would be great.
