# ChefDK 0.4.0 Released

We just released ChefDK 0.4.0. The synopsis is that we updated many of the packages in ChefDK, including updating Chef to version 12.0.3.

I’ve been using it the last few days. And _thank you_ for clearing the spurious reports about invalid SSL keys when running chef-solo. That really cluttered error reporting.
