Dropping support for REE on ChefSpec

Hello world,

We are thinking of dropping support for 1.8.7/REE on ChefSpec. Are there any strong objections for keeping ChefSpec 1.8.7 compatible? Please weigh in on this PR: https://github.com/acrmp/chefspec/pull/139
