Hello, InSpec friends!

InSpec v1.17.0 has been released. Some notable updates include:

- More user-friendly error message displayed when inspec.yml cannot be parsed
- Fixed an issue when trying to use an element from an array from within a hash in a test, which is common in `json` tests for example
- Fixed an issue in the `port` resource when an IPv4 address was listed as a IPv6 port entry in netstat output
- Fixed an issue with the Gemfile/gemspec which could have caused gem users to get nokogiri errors when running InSpec

v1.17.0 is available on RubyGems, [downloads.chef.io](http://downloads.chef.io), and Docker Hub. The Habitat package on the Habitat Depot will be available soon.

Enjoy!
~Adam
