Unable to activate winrm-fs-0.3.0, because logging-2.1.0 conflicts with logging (>= 1.6.1, ~> 1.6)

If you are using chef-dk, I would update to a newer version. Or you can likely fix this by updating winrm-fs to the latest 0.4.3 version.
