- _Debian 10.9 Bento boxes for Virtualbox are now up_
- _Updated FreeBSD 11, 12, 13 slugs as well as 11.4, 12.2 and 13.0 boxes for virtualbox are also update. These include the new virtualbox guest extensions_
- _Updated fedora-latest, fedora-32 and fedora-33 virtualbox bento boxes are also now uploaded_
- _Ubuntu 18.04, 20.04, 20.10, and 21.04 Bento boxes for virtualbox have been updated_
- _almalinux 8.3/8, springdalelinux 7.9/7, oracle 6.10/6, oracle 7.9/7, and oracle 8.3/8 bento boxes have been updated_
- _debian 9.13/9, debian 10.9/10 have also been updated for virtualbox_
- _centos 7.9/7 and centos 8.3/8 for virtualbox have been updated_

- _Shipped a few minor updates to knife which have been pushed up to Rubygems. knife not in chef makes it possible_
- _Helping out to get Workstation on Ruby 3_
- _Re-Enabled kernel2 habitat package creation for Chef Infra Client 17_
- _Working on several PRs for knife_
- _Working on several PRs for the mount resource_
- _Working on a PR to allow using both .yml and .yaml recipes_
- _Investigating the future of secrets management in Infra_
- _Investigating our next steps for Target Mode_

**Chef Infra Server**

_Hello Chefs!_

_We have been continuing with internal doc cleanups and updates and keeping dependencies up-to-date as the team is getting ramped up._

- _We fixed an issue that broke chef-server-ctl restore in 14.0. The fix will be available in 14.5_
- _The testing for Postgresql 9.6 upgrade to 12.5 is currently underway._
- _Work is in progress to look into a reindex related failure with a customer._

- _New Chef Infra Extension for VScode is up (1.12). This adds a snippet for inspec\_waiver\_file\_entry and updates the yaml snippets.
