_Highlights of this week include:_
- _Development work is complete to enhance compliance reporting APIs_
- _Added a new CLI command to check the status of compliance index migration_
- _Improved logic to handle ingestion and migration of node data together for enhanced compliance reporting_
- _Updated hardware requirements calculator for Automate HA need_

**Chef Infra Client**

_Chef Infra Client_
- _Currently looking into the FIPS issue for Chef 18. We'll be ready to GA after the fix of the FIPS issue and merge of the rest-client PR. All other community PRs will wait until after the GA release._
- _Working on applying build fixes for Chef 17 and 16 for that community PRs can be merged._
**Chef Inspec**

_Not a lot to say this week. The team continues to work on an internal project. We have identified a pair of problems with our omnibus pipeline that is delaying an inspec release at the moment, and are currently investigating that. Also lots of CI work and PR cleanup._
**Sous Chefs**

- _cinc-omnibus - 1.0.0_
- _Initial release focused on Linux platforms_
- _Based upon original omnibus cookbook_
- _cinc-omnibus - 1.0.1: Create symlink for_ mkdir _for Debian on ARM_
- _git - 11.1.2: Fix package name for smartos/omnios_
**Cinc Updates**

_Hello from the Cinc Project!_
- _Released cinc-omnibus cookbook to Sous Chefs_
- _Updated all of our omnibus docker images to use cookbook and use latest omnibus-toolchain_
- _Added images for EL9 and Amazon Linux 2022_
- _Started working on testing Cinc Client 18 builds, along with adding MacOS 12 native binaries_
- _Working through a few misc build issues_
- _Workstation_
- _Will work on a new build this week now that our images are up to date_
