# Omnitruck-direct.chef.io down?

Hi. Is '[https://omnitruck-direct.chef.io/chef/install.sh](https://omnitruck-direct.chef.io/chef/install.sh)' down? It looks like when `knife bootstrap` is run it errors downloading the install script from omnibus.

```auto
Installing Chef Omnibus (-v 15.2.20)
downloading https://omnitruck-direct.chef.io/chef/install.sh
to file /tmp/install.sh.11067/install.sh
trying wget...
ERROR 404: Could not retrieve a valid install.sh!

```

I tried going to that site directly in my web browser and got page not found in Chrome.

This [omnitruck-direct.chef.io](http://omnitruck-direct.chef.io) page can’t be found  
No webpage was found for the web address: **[https://omnitruck-direct.chef.io/chef/install.sh](https://omnitruck-direct.chef.io/chef/install.sh)**  
HTTP ERROR 404

@techguychris We're investigating internally, but a quick fix it to update the URL you're using to [https://omnitruck.chef.io/install.sh](https://omnitruck.chef.io/install.sh)
