Are you using any report handler ? your link[/usr/local/bin/ruby1.8] resource
is being reported as updated_by_last_run on every run, isn’t it ?

I’ve updated the ticket with another fix proposal.

Right now I’m not running any report handlers, so I can’t tell - I’ll want to look into Cuisine in the future, though, so this tip may be helpful.
