# using knfie to delete a node - Response: Merb::ControllerExceptions::Forbidden

Hi,

I bootstrapped a server using knife. In the hosted ui, the client had  
all permissions checked in the client tab.

I get the below when trying to delete a node using knife.

root@li441-243:/home/ubuntu/workspace/monitor\_services# knife client  
delete development\_1\_2\_1338719360 --yes  
ERROR: You authenticated successfully to  
[https://api.opscode.com/organizations/dddd](https://api.opscode.com/organizations/dddd) as dev\_gl but you are not  
authorized for this action  
Response: Merb::ControllerExceptions::Forbidden

How do I resolve?
