The Chef community is full of many awesome individuals who contribute and do exceptional things every day. Each year at ChefConf, individuals are awarded the Awesome Community Chef award. These awards are a way for the community to recognize a few of the individuals who have made a dramatic impact and have helped further the cause.
Not everyone who helps you can do so in a public way. Think about the community of practice within your own company. Is there someone who deserves special recognition?
The Awesome Community Chef awards are open to everyone in the greater Chef community. That includes people helping you with Chef, InSpec, and/or Habitat. It also includes people working at your company and people working at Chef.
