We discovered a bug in the just released Manage 1.19.0 that will prevent
disabling org creation from working. We’ve updated the original blog
post with info:
We’re going to cut a new release ASAP to get this fixed. We apologize
that our testing failed to catch this, as we know many of you have been
waiting for this feature.
