Cannot find a resource for windows_package

Hi,
I have facing the error
"cannot find a resource for windows_package on windows version 6.1.7601"
during executing cookbook.
Please give me the solution.

Double check that the Windows cookbook (
http://community.opscode.com/cookbooks/windows) is in your node's run_list

now i am facing another error
fatal :Mixlib::ShellOut::ShellCommandFailed:gem_package[tiny_tds].
please give me solution for this error previous one error is solved now.

It looks like environment is not set. Can you please give snippet of
gem_package code also.
