We are delighted to announce the availability of version 1.3.1 of Chef 360 Platform.
New features
- You can now deploy Chef 360 Platform and use AWS RDS, S3, and Secrets Manager to host databases, file storage, and secrets.
- You can now use Courier job templates in the Chef 360 Platform UI to get started creating common Courier jobs.
Improvements
- We improved error and warning messages in the Chef 360 Platform UI so they're more self-explanatory.
- You can now create a Courier job using the list of node IDs from the data of a Courier job instance.
Bug fixes
- We fixed an issue where you couldn't log in to the Chef 360 Platform UI and received a "connect: connection refused" error message.
Security updates
- We added new enforcements to handle account lockouts during brute force attacks.
