Chef client run using cfn-init fails while creating chef client task

We created a Windows AMI with option to set hostname as IP- using EC2Config & did sysprep.

Using that AMI when we launch an instance through CloudFormation and initiate chef-client run as part of cfn-init. During chef-client run it fails to create a scheduled task and it fails. PFA cfn-init.log.

In the same instance it works fine if we login and execute chef-client manually.

Another AMI without setting hostname as IP- works fine without any issue.

Thanks,

Prakash
