We are delighted to announce the availability of version 14.12.21 of Chef Infra Server.

Bug Fixes

  • When cookbook caching is enabled and the Infra Server is under heavy load, it will no longer return busy responses that result in Infra Client failures.
  • Cookbook caching now takes into account multiple organizations to prevent cache collisions.
  • Resolved a regression that prevented images from displaying correctly on the Identity (oc-id) page.
  • If nodes or clients are deleted between backup runs when running knife ec backup with the --purge option, the client and node objects and the associated ACLs are removed from the backup directory on the next run.
