After successfully bootstrapping a cluster of nodes, the status on the ‘Reports’ page is still displaying ‘started’.
We’re running chef-client v11.8.0.
Does this ‘Reports’ page require any type of chef_handler? Is there anyway to troubleshoot why our runs aren’t reporting correctly?

Everything you need for the reports page is built-in. I believe a change in 11.8.0 broke the reporting client code, but it was fixed in 11.8.2, so you should upgrade to at least that version. If you have any troubles beyond that, feel free to open a support ticket and we’ll get you sorted.
