Chef Server 12 download - license link returns 404

Hi, I read there were some differences in the license for Chef 12.
Downloading v12 RC2 there’s an ‘I agree box’ to check but the linked to
Master License and Services Agreement returns an HTTP 404. Could someone
fix this please / give a link to the license. The Terms of service link is
also broken.
