Ohai Chefs!
I just released ChefSpec v3.2.0 which includes a number of important bugfixes and an awesome new matchers.

Notable changes:
- Added a new subscribes_to matcher for testing subscriptions (just like notifications)
- Ensure compatibility with Chef HEAD
