Create Chef Automate server in AWS couldn't allocate user defined VPC

Hi expert,

I have created my AWS account and have completed:

Set Up a VPC
Set Up an EC2 Key Pair (Optional)

But once I tried https://console.aws.amazon.com/opsworks/chefautomate/home?region=us-east-2&owc=true&owc=true#/

Click the button "Create Chef Automated Server"
on step 3: “Configure Advance Settings”, it only gives default VPC option in “Network and security” section.

I double checked that my VPC (it is there and available), why it could not show my VPC in that “VPC” option field during Chef Automate server creation?

Any one else can help?

If I would launch the EC2 instance, I can see my defined VPC in AWS, but if I choose “Create Chef Automated Server” from AWS, then my defined VPC not shown. Any idea?
