Dependent services addition to application cookbook

Hi,

as described in http://tickets.opscode.com/browse/COOK-372, I added an array of
runit service to the apps data bag, which need to be restarted on application
deployment and extended the application cookbook to do just that.

What do you think about this approach? Should it be added to the application
cookbook?

I just did this via another recipe added to the role that drives the application - something needs to create those runit services in the first place anyway.
