InSpec v1.16.1 released!

Hello, friends!

InSpec v1.16.1 has been released. There are only two changes to this version since v1.16.0:

  • Fixed a problem in our build automation and processes that prevented v1.16.0 from making it out to the downloads.chef.io site
  • Added a more reasonable timeout to the inspec version command which reaches out to RubyGems to see if you’re running the latest version… this was waiting for up to 60 seconds, and, of course, was irritating. :slight_smile:

v1.16.1 is now available on RubyGems, downloads.chef.io, Docker Hub, and the Habitat Depot.
