Introducing Artifactory Ruby

Ohai Chefs,

I am excited to open source and release the initial version of artifactory, a Ruby client for interacting with the Artifactory API in a Ruby fashion. The Ruby client allows you to download and upload artifacts, query builds, and more. It’s by no means a complete API implementation, but it offers an extensible path moving forward.

Happy releasing,

Thanks! This is great. At the time you posted the release
announcement, I was searching the chef list archives for ideas about how
better to retrieve and deploy Java build artifacts from Artifactory.

Are there plans to integrate this into Chef's deploy resource? If so,
what's the timeline?
