Is it possible to pass audit-mode events (Audit DSL) to chef_handler json report file?

I’m trying to save the output of audit-cis to a json file using chef_handler.

When I run chef-client I see node attributes but I cannot see audit messages. Is that possible using open-source chef server 12.4.1?
