'machine_tag' cookbook from RightScale

Hello Chefs,

We (RightScale) have published a new cookbook to Chef today

machine_tag http://community.opscode.com/cookbooks/machine_tag - provides
a machine_tag resource that can create, delete, list, and search machine

Hello all,

There appears to be an issue where the subdirectory inside the libraries directory is not included in the packaged cookbook. We are working on fixing this cookbook and publishing another version with a fix.
