When I select “Status” on the management console I see “You appear to have no
nodes - try connecting one, or creating or editing a client”
I have a couple of nodes set up. What am I missing?
I am running Chef 0.10.0
Are you creating nodes in an Environment?
Try selecting "None" or "_default" from the dropdown box at the top of
the console.

Make sure that chef-expander is running. That page uses the search
index for its data IIRC.
