Ohai and Knife Plugins - renamed and promoted

The Ohai and Knife Plugins page on the Chef Wiki has been renamed, and
"promoted" in the page hierarchy. As there were Chef Plugins added to the
page, this change was a rational evolutionary step.

You’ll now find it as “Community Plugins”, accessible direct [0], or from
the “Managing Chef” [1] page. Keep those plugins coming :slight_smile:
