Part-cooked cookbooks served up by Supermarket

We’re seeing the tar.gz’s served up from Supermarket are missing the
"resources" folder, for both the latest “windows” and the "powershell"
cookbook. We had to update our Cheffile (using Librarian-Chef still!) to
get these two directly from github instead.

Try unzipping the tarballs you get from the two URLs below, and you’ll
see the second one is missing the folder.
https://supermarket.getchef.com/cookbooks/windows/versions/1.31.0/download
https://supermarket.getchef.com/cookbooks/windows/versions/1.32.0/download

Reported on the Windows github repo as
https://github.com/opscode-cookbooks/windows/issues/90 (I couldn’t see
anywhere other than here to report Supermarket issues, or maybe it’s the
new Stove if that’s used to upload them to Supermarket.)

Tristan.

P.S. Assuming it’s not the NSA MITM’ing us to deny non-US countries any
resources - we’ve had no end of SSL issues recently.

I fixed this in Stove v3.2.0

Ouch! That's not good.

Yes, I used Stove to upload them to Supermarket.
