Resouces not converging

Hi,

I am running chef client on a server but chef-client is unable to detect and converge the resources. Its displays the information message - "Chef client finished. 0/0 resources executed successfully".
But the code contains about 50 resources

Please help me in resolving the issue

Please provide complete converge output along with command you are running. if its default recipe please do share the output of recipe as well.

The complete chef-client run output is needed.

And check the runlist and/or the constraints / version pinnings
