403 forbidden error when executing a cookbook

Hi all,

Need a quick help on a 403 forbidden error. When I execute the cookbook I can see this error for 1st time. When next chef-client gets executed I am not seeing this error. This error is just once and seems to be strange. Any suggestion as why is this error coming.

Net::HTTPServerException: 403 forbidden

Can you add any more details about what is being executed and maybe what the actions are that are specifically creating the error? The error and description are really vague and there could be any number of things that would cause that error.
