Broken rsyslog test on SLES12

Chef compliance running on ubuntu 14.04 version 1.6.8
CIS Control : "8.2.4 Create and Set Permissions on rsyslog Log Files (Scored)"

It seems the test script can not handle the rsyslog file correctly.
