Chef 0.10.6 RC 2

Special thanks to Daniel Oliver for testing and finding a bug in
0.10.6.rc.1. We’ve pushed another release candidate for 0.10.6 with a
fix to CHEF-2721 [1]. If you haven’t given 10.10.6 a shot, please do
so and help with the testing.
