We shipped Chef 10.12.0 today. This release is mostly bug fixes,
including fixing the versioning scheme like we just did with Ohai.

The Rubygems and Debian packages are up. Most of the Omnibus packages
are available but we're preparing for their official release so some
of them are in new places. More about that tomorrow!
