Within Chef Automate, we are seeing that only the user that uploaded a Compliance Profile can see the profile. Other users are unable to view or use it. Is there a way to set them up so that they can be viewed by all users?
unfortunately there is not. This is a current limitation with that part of the system. It's recommended to use a shared account to manage compliance profiles and restrict access to the account for that purpose only.

Thank you for the quick update. That is what we were thinking we would have to do as a workaround. Create a "Compliance" user and use it to load and run all profiles. We could then view reports as individual users.
