Cookbook release for chef_handler

This is a quick update before our marathon COOK code review (join us0).
Yesterday we released chef_handler v1.1.0, and then today v1.1.2 to fix a
bug in scoping the ‘handler’ local variable.

I’m sorry if you grabbed 1.1.0 and it exploded, give 1.1.2 a go.

chef_handler v1.1.2:

  • [COOK-1989] - fix scope for handler local variable to the enable block

v1.1.0:

  • [COOK-1645] - properly delete old handlers
  • [COOK-1322] - support platforms that use ‘wheel’ as root group’
