As a continued effort to make it easy to have access to the Chef toolchain from one place, we are moving the Delivery CLI into the ChefDK and will no longer be shipping it as a separate package.
In the upcoming 0.15 release of the ChefDK, Delivery CLI will ship on all supported platforms already bundled. Please update to install the ChefDK in places where you are using the Delivery CLI.
