Hosted Chef, reset key failed

I’m running hosted chef, tried to reset my key, it failed with
’Organization not found. (Error 32033)’ and now I’m locked out. I have
another organization I’m associated with on that account that I use for
work, but the one I’m locked out of is my personal one. I sent a support
request to Opscode weeks ago and never heard back. What can I do, short of
creating a new account?

Phil,

You can use the pink/red box at the bottom of page found at this link to
fix your organization's validator key.

https://wiki.opscode.com/display/chef/Common+Errors#CommonErrors-401Unauthorized(usingvalidatorAPIclient)

The "Organization not found" message in Hosted Chef means that the
validator for the org has been deleted.

We are sorry to hear that you had trouble contacting us. Unfortunately, we
have no record of your attempts.
