Invalid UTF-8 string '?

Hi all,

I am getting the following error during coverge

FATAL: Chef::Exceptions::JSON::EncodeError: Invalid UTF-8 string '?

This happened when I upgraded chef-client 14.1.12 and I am doing this rhel7 machine .

anybody have an idea on fixing this ?
