Apparently knife-role-spaghetti doens't handle env_run_list while
knife-graph does. but it should be an easy fix.

Thanks for reminding me to check up on the depgraph stuff, I've been out of
town for a week.
The chef-rundeck backlog is also staring at me mournfully but I'm hesitant
to start accepting PRs until we get travis testing under control.
